In the next few days I'll be blogging from my moleskine in Val David. Every year I end up spending a weekend at this hostel. It's just so darn relaxing and laid-back (and oh-so cheap). We decided not to care about gas prices.
September was never considered a month of leisure, but I find that taking a mini-break out of town when everyone is intensely in work-mode is doubly satisfying.

Iras-tu au Chalet Beaumont (ou comme j'aime l'appeler au "Château Beaumont")? Tu boiras un verre de rouge à ma santé! Chanceuse, je te souhaite une belle fin de semaine tranquille, sans trop de touristes français qui viennent chercher des cabanes à sucre!
Évidemment! Et au Scandinave si j'arrive à convaincre l'autre.
Oh my god, you so have to invite me next time you go there. I'd meet up with you and practice my French on some real live Canadians... That would be so cool!
